Training on a Shoestring:

Essential tips to develop your people in an economic downturn

Guest Speaker:

Rebecca Hong

 Facilitator, TeamsWork

The economic outlook is not too optimistic this year. Cutting down expenses has been one of the priorities for all businesses. But as a business executive with long-term vision, you still need to develop your most important asset, your talent, who will eventually help you break through the economic gloom and maintain growth despite the challenging external environment.

Our speaker will share practical tips on how to develop your talent without a massive budget. Specifically, you will walk away from this session with answers to the following three questions:

*What are alternative low-expense but highly effective people development
solutions?
*How to leverage your internal resources before looking for outside help?
*What are the essential questions to ask before approving a training
investment?
