To remain competitive in China today, companies must face and conquer a multitude
of complex, people-related business issues, such as:
. Controlling costs while maximizing the return of the company¡¯s Human
Capital investment;
. Building and keeping the needed internal capabilities to meet ongoing
business demands or challenges; and
. Developing a strong, efficient HR infrastructure to strategically align HR
with Corporate objectives.
The value path has to start with measurement of Human Capital from which
Organization Development Interventions can then be designed towards Sustainable
Growth. In this seminar, Patricia Chua and Julie Zhao from PricewaterhouseCoopers
("PwC") Human Resource Advisory Service will share with you a well-established
methodology of Human Capital measurement and benchmarking. Via the establishment
of strategic Human Capital Metrics, a company can measure the pulse of its
organization's performance, quantify the Human Capital contribution and Return on
Investment, and benchmark performance against competitors to identify
opportunities for improvement.
