Localisation of senior management is high on the agenda for many organizations
operating in China for a variety of reasons, not the least of which are cost and
market penetration. However, experience elsewhere and here in China shows that
there are many issues to be addressed and obstacles to be overcome in achieving
effective localization that does not impact negatively on an organisation's
business performance over time. This seminar aims to provide attendees with a
clearer understanding of the issues, a practical framework for assessing readiness
and guidelines for addressing these challenges in their own organizations.
