2006 Beijing, BCCC & Diagonal Club Badminton Tournament
2006北京中国英国商会&对角线杯羽毛球赛

On Saturday July 29th, the Si De Badminton Centre in Si De Park near Lidu was 
filled with smiling faces and a hint of competitiveness as 138 badminton players 
and over 100 spectators got together for fun and games. Themed 'Share Our Passion 
and Make New Friends', the first Beijing BCCC & Diagonal Club Badminton Tournament 
was jointly organised by the British Chamber of Commerce in China (BCCC) and 
Beijing Diagonal Badminton Club. The tournament was divided into 4 categories 
including: a Mixed Group, Men's Doubles, Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles, all of 
which were played over one day. Eighteen teams from BCCC member and non-member 
companies entered into the tournament – amounting to a total of 138 players. Teams
