Please come ready to share your challenges and thoughts on the issue!


1. Forum Chair: Susan Derkach:

a)  Forum introduction and discussion of HR Forum Goals and members' goals. 
b)  Introduction of issue of retention: members' interest, brief market trends, 
etc. 

2. Open discussion: Members to present issues with regards to Employee Retention, 
share issues of best practice and common problems and ways in which to take these 
forward. 

3. Other business: Discussion of other issues members wish to take forward in 
further HR Meetings.

This is BCCC's Inaugural Human Resources Member Forum meeting. Employee Retention 
has been chosen as the topic this time around, but please feel free to come along 
to raise other issues that you would like to see taken forward in further meetings.
