Kai Martinsen will discuss the use of DISC profiling and its applications in

Speaker 1:
Mr. Kai Martinsen
MBA from Cobenhagan Business School in 1991, Mr. Martinsen spent 8 years with
Kuoni Travel, rising from the position of Personnel Manager to General Manager.
During this time he made major contributions to the success in building people and
organization strategies across Asia for this fast growing company. In 2000, he
became a full partner in IC&T and also founded Beijing Martinsen Training &
Consulting Company starting with training in leadership, performance appraisals,
communications etc. In 2002, Beijing Martinsen Training became affiliated with
Thomas International and Mr. Martinsen became the President of Thomas International
China, responsible for the China market.
For the past years Mr. Martinsen has been Thomas International's senior
facilitator. During his initial phase he consulted with business clients in
leadership and developed an impact of behaviour management in their companies. He
has more than 6 years experience as a management trainer and coach. He has worked
in a range of industries with client groups across the Asia Pacific Region. He also
completed several consulting assignments in HRM. Much of his present work with
Thomas International is focused on DISC profiling and applications in management
development.
Speaker 2:
Garry Wang
Garry is a Senior Talent & Organization Consultant in Hewitt's Beijing office. He
works with both multinational and local Chinese clients, assisting them with issues
including corporate restructuring & change, joint ventures, talent strategies,
incentive plans, and executive compensation.
